BBC Radio 4 Extra (128k)

BBC Radio 4 Extra is a UK-wide digital speech station from the BBC, drawing heavily on the corporation’s archive of comedy, drama and readings alongside selected newer programmes. It launched in 2002 as BBC 7, became BBC Radio 7 in 2008 and adopted its present name in 2011; “128k” identifies this stream’s bitrate, not a separate channel.
